Each session is done remotely and does not require you to be present, though you are welcome to set an intention or relax during the time of the session. You may also share any specific areas you'd like Maria to focus on prior to the session.

Distance Reiki with Maria – Heart-Centered Healing from Vancouver Island

Rooted in deep intuition and a genuine commitment to healing, Maria offers compassionate, spiritually grounded sessions designed to help you realign, release, and restore balance—no matter where you are in the world.
Each session begins with a 10-minute personal check-in via phone, video, or text. This connection helps set clear intentions and gives you space to share anything you’d like Maria to focus on.
The 45-minute Reiki session that follows is a time for you to relax and receive. In this sacred space, Maria works intuitively with universal life force energy, gently clearing blockages and supporting emotional, energetic, and spiritual harmony from a distance.
After the session, you’ll reconnect for a 20-minute debrief, where Maria shares what came through during the session and offers any intuitive insights or aftercare suggestions. This time is also a chance for you to reflect, ask questions, or simply be witnessed as you integrate the experience.
Each session is a deeply personal and energetically guided journey—offered with care, clarity, and the intention to support you exactly where you are.
